Left No.15 C.C.S. at 5.30pm.  Left Hazebrouck with train at 6.26pm arriving Bailleul at 6.50pm.  Left Bailleul on motor bus at 7.10pm arriving Hyde Park corner at about 7.45 then walked to Westoutre arriving at Div. about 8.20pm.

8 Thursday

Saw O.C. and told him that I was to stay at Div. HQ.  I expect it will be much better than Bde work.

9 Friday to 11 Whit Sunday

Left Westoutre at 5.45pm for eight days leave home.  Arrived and spent the night at Bailleul.

13 Whitsun Tuesday

6.35 left Bailleul arriving Boulogne 10.45am.  Spent the day in Boulogne sailing on the Princess Henrietta at 7.45pm.  Arrived Folkestone 10.45pm (English summertime)

14 Wednesday

Arrived Victoria Station 1am.  Left Kings X about 3 am reaching home 10.50am.

Arrived Kings X 5.00 am Left Victoria at 8.10 arriving Folkestone 10.5am Left Folkestone on the mail boat “the Victoria” at 4.45 arriving Boulogne at 6.5pm.  Left Boulogne at 7.30pm arriving Bailleul at midnight.

Stayed the night at Bailleul and rejoined my unit at 6pm
